What is the biggest hurdle being a woman / acting / producing? Having men respect you and take you seriously. Its difficult to be 22 and a woman and boss around 40 year old men , but I do. Its all about how you carry yourself and once you prove you know what you're doing they listen. As an actress with my sexual look, many assume I am not talented or lack work ethic. . I prove that to be false as soon as they see my reel, credits and watch me perform .
